2. Subscription License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our content for private, residential use only. Commercial public broadcasting in bars, restaurants, or businesses is strictly prohibited.

3. Single Household Policy

Your subscription is valid for a single household. Sharing your M3U link, Portal URL, or credentials with users outside your primary residence will result in an immediate account suspension without a refund.

4. Streaming Quality & ISP Performance

While we provide 4K and Ultra HD streams, quality is subject to your local Fiber, Cable, or LTE connection. We recommend a stable connection of at least 25 Mbps for 4K. We are not liable for buffering caused by regional ISP throttling within Canada.

5. Content Modifications

To ensure the best server performance and channel stability, we reserve the right to add, remove, or modify channels and VOD library content without prior notice.

All sales are final once the service is activated on our servers. Subscriptions are manual; we do not store your payment information for automatic billing unless you explicitly opt-in for recurring support.

8. Hardware Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their hardware (Firestick, Apple TV, Android Box, or Smart TV) is compatible and has the latest firmware updates to support our streaming protocols.

9. Third-Party Links

Our service indexes links to external media servers. We do not own or control the content on these third-party platforms and are not liable for their specific legal compliance or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

Parrot IPTV Canada shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our streaming services.
